Yellow Flowered Dress

Gorgeous dress with bright yellow flowers. Halter style neck, zipper back with hook and eye closure at the top. Fitted top and flare skirt. Outer layer is textured and stretchy but the dress is fully lined, top and bottom (not stretchy). Poly spandex blend can be machine washed and dried! Size 14. 20 inches across the bust, 17.5 inches across the waist and 30 inches from armpit to hem. Brand new with tags!
