Forever 21 size Small kisses skater dress. Really cute, I’ve worn one/two times and got a lot of compliments! Little red kisses covering the dress and tie knot around the breast area to your liking. I would say this dress on me at 5’1-5’2 is at my mid/upper thigh. Wouldn’t hurt to wear spandex shorts under it!
