This is a ladies top. Brand is “Lucky Brand Los Angeles.” This long sleeve top is light weight. It is somewhat sheer so it’s perfect over a camisole or other layer. This color is a unique light navy with a subtle black striped pattern on front panel. You have the option to wear sleeves long, down to wrist, or roll them and keep the cuff up with the little fabric “strap” and button on the sleeve. See photos.
