@tracy1984611 No, but the jersey fabric is heavy enough to wear a strapless bra and not see lines.

@2017hr I am working out of town today but I can measure it first thing tomorrow morning. I won’t be home until after midnight. I can tell you the dress has stretch and hangs nicely. Hopefully it will be a good fit for you!

@2017hr I measure the smallest part of the waist flat at 13-14 inches. It’s tough to gauge though, because the dress and the lining have 4 more inches of stretch beyond that. I hope this helps!
