gypsythorn@ayatlakaga Good morning! It's hard telling. If you have a shirt or layers, it would probably fit snug. There are various factors to keep in mind. One may not want it to fit tightly, but have a looser fit like a pair of baggy jeans. I'm not exactly sure how a size S or M run, cuz I wear both, depending how I want things to fit. I gave the waist measurements. You would have to be the judge in this case. It's a pretty cool hip belt.
