One of a Kind Hand Knit Shell Capelet

I knit this gorgeous shell/scalloped patterned capelet for myself, but it’s just a smidge too small around the arms for me! It’s 21” flat across the bottom (42” around shoulders and bust), so please measure for fit. It’s a nice yarn, not scratchy. Recommend hand wash as it is hand knit. I spent probably around 6-8 hours on this—original price reflects yarn cost, pattern cost, and time.
