Velvet Open Jacket

Long sleeve velvet and sheer open front jacket with crystal embellished buttons and slightly open back with button to freely open or close for more subded look. Shoulder padding that can be removed if desired. No size tag but will best fit up to a size 6. Shoulder to hem: 24", sleeve length: 23.5", shoulder to shoulder: 18.5". No materials tag. Designer: R&M Richards. No visible signs of wear. In great vintage condition.
