Wore this twice. Forever 21 dress size small. V-neckline, short sleeves, lined to the mid thighs. This dress is slightly a true wrap style dress. Inside is a button closure and it ties on the side of the waist. Pretty floral prints all around. Front length about 56” across bust about 16” waist 13”. It’s a wrap dress so measurements can be some what off. I did cut off the care label.
