I believe this is a Child Medium .... the tag was cut out so it wouldn't show through the lace. It is approx. 14" from underarm to underarm ~ so that would be about 28" for the bust. The length is approx. 17" from shoulder strap to crotch. Also, the color is TEAL .... pictures make it look more blue. I will try to upload another picture! Thanks!!!!
