@maiideth hi! thanks so much for asking. the dress is 39 inches from the shoulder seam to the hem. Its 23.5 inches from the waist seam to the hem. please let me know if you have any other questions

@lew0306 hi! of course! the waist is 29 inches at the seam and the chest is 18.5 inches arm hole to arm hole. For reference the belt that goes at the waist is 30 inches at the longest hole and 26 at the smallest. the dress has a little stretch to it.
