The manufacturer size chart is in body measurements in inches . For the size you asked about the waist is 30-30.5 inches, Hips 38-40 inches.

@curlycatscloset I did the conversion from UK to US my hope is that makes it easier for us to understand.
It's confusing at times so many different sizing for different countries but then even within a brand can have different size charts etc.
