sarahscloset369 @girlrosa23 hi, I’m so sorry I didn’t see your last comment. USPS is saying as of Jan 27th the package is going through a processing exception and is still in New York. As far as what poshmark and usps are saying they’re aware of the issue and working on it.

sarahscloset369 @girlrosa23 hey, I just double checked and they haven’t updated anything since we last talked. Is there a way for you to report that you haven’t received it on your end of things? When I try to report it refers me back to the usps tracking number

sarahscloset369 @girlrosa23 hi, I just wanted to let you know of the most recent update for your jeans. The usps site says “Your item departed our USPS facility in JERSEY CITY NJ NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER on February 5, 2022 at 10:26 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.”

sarahscloset369 @girlrosa23 hi, poshmark support said they would be sending the new shipping label to me today. The last time I talked to support they were based out of California, and it’s currently 4am there , so I’m hoping I get the label during their business hours today
