specialgiftsca @simonashaddaie it's not used and yes it works fine. Based on your questions you make it sound like you want one that is basically brand new perfect except it's been opened. These are not brand new perfect-- if you want brand new perfect you can go to their website. So you want this 7 cup and the 10 cup?
