rachellesosa would it be possible to make a couple of these in different floral arrays? We need navy instead of red and some more fall colors.

live_luv_shop @rachellesosa Hi, so I worked up a fall color piece abd am waiting for some faux blueberries to arrive on Saturday. But I just want to check. did you want the navy blue as an accent color or did you want it to be a main color?

rsosa32 @live_luv_shop navy blue would be an accent color with some more fall colors. I'll have to ask my daughter n law which ones she'd like. I'll let you know Monday.

live_luv_shop @rsosa32 I'm going to attach a photo of the wreath I came up with. it does not have the navy in it yet as I am waiting for the blueberries. but at least you can see if the general idea is something that appeals to you.

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop it's been very busy as I volunteered to be on a committee - actually 2 committees - for my community. I've been neglecting one terribly as they both require a lot of research, but the one that's been occupying so very much time has required legal research. I'm in a condo association and the reason leasing the committee is an out of state retired attorney who states she doesn't know state law - but she also doesn't bother to research it!

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop We're reviewing our governing documents and she keeps proposing insane things like the Board being allowed to tear down a building at it's own discretion after partial destruction - even though the law states if it's destruction covered by insurance, we must rebuild. the rest of the Committee keeps caving to her whims because she is a Board member & former attorney. I keep working every available hour on finding the appropriate laws and fighting back

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop some owners are in their ,80s -90s and have lived on the grounds 30+ years. This woman doesn't. care if she'd make them homeless! if an entire building was destroyed, the owners would get $78,500 - where could they ever find another home with that? The law says if s building is destroyed which is covered by insurance it must be rebuilt. if it's going to cost more than it's insured for, we all must contribute to the shortfall.

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop Many are selfish, saying "I don't want to pay for that!" it's because we're coastal, they believe it will be another building. how foolish is that? what if a lithium battery caused a fire and it was their building that was damaged and the Board decided to not rebuild? where would they go? researching the law, understanding the legalize, locating any loopholes and finding arguments to close them, has

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop been exhausting. a couple weeks ago I had merely 3 phone calls consume 9 hours time, and they weren't the only calls regarding the proposals. I literally begin 6am & go til I fall asleep. it's approaching 2 months I've been consumed by this effort- have had over 400 emails regarding these circumstances, often with more lengthy dear draft documents to decipher the legalize of and begin again to fight the next round.

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop I've been falling asleep before 8 (Sounds I literally went to bed at 5:30), if I wake at midnight, I,2,3,4,or 6am, I go back to work trying to find applicable law, understand, Distil them to comprehensible language, notify others on the Committee, get their opinions in response - remind them of what the law says! & I am left wondering more if there's "case law" to find at times but don't know how to locate the cases.anyhow, are you sorry you asked? lol

bbbabe3715 @live_luv_shop Thanks for listening! The other committee I've been neglecting has to do with planning Affordable Housing for my town. I have to get going with it as there's a State deadline not June 1 Not much time left! How are you doing, Dearbeart?

live_luv_shop @bbbabe3715 Wow, sounds complex and like a real study in ethics. I do believe that we were out on this world to take care of each other, but so many only care about taking care of the money. They faik to recognize that money is just a tool man invented to make life easier, not something that is supposed to rule and destroy lives.

live_luv_shop @lolas_boutique_ Hi, I am so sorry that I somehow missed your message. Thank you for your kind words and for sharing the story of your mom and her creations. My mom loved to do wreaths and other crafts, too. Reading about your Mom reminded me of happy days with my own.
