@miing I think an 8 would be the safer bet because you could tighten the strap as needed! 7 might be a tad too small.

@miing sorry these pics suck but the first pic shows size 7 which is almost exactly 10β and the second pic shows size 8 which is about 10.25β. The top of the sole (where your foot actually goes in) is about a half inch shorter for both shoes.
