madhuraagadgil @swatigoyal2705 It's quite subjective I think, but if you can comfortably wear velvet in summer, you will be able to enjoy it. I have worn it in Dubai and there was no problem, temperature was in 25-30°C but it's too warm to wear it in Mumbai at similar temperature because of humidity levels.
