Never worn, except to try on, she decided to go with a black dress and pink sash instead for the party Beautiful pink color in person **ALTERED** : We Removed the outer layer of tulle because it looked way too puffy and added some lbs See last photo for altered pic with black shirt on top, still puffy but not "dome" shaped now when on The bow part is an unattached satin ribbon so you can wear the skirt under shirts or sweaters without the bow sticking out.
