smita_b @rairika I am not sure why that would be the case. You'll need to ask the Poshmark team about that. They handle pickups and delivery.

smita_b @rairika Okay, well, i don't know the issue that you are facing. You need to enter the correct address when placing the order. If you are getting any notification of no delivery or if it is not accepting the address, then you need to contact the Poshmark support team. A seller's responsibility is to keep the product ready for courier once we receive the order. After that, the pickup and delivery are handled by Poshmark. You need to ask them to sort the issue with your Delivery location
