velvetfringe@shelbielee1642 hi there! Thank you for your interest and same to you! ☺️ if your natural waist is 25” then an XS would definitely be your size! The top of of the fold down waistband at the narrowest part measures to about 27” total, unstretched. And it sits at your drop waist. The fabric is a thick cotton/Lycra blend yoga type fabric so they stretch to fit as well. I hope this helps! ☺️❤️

velvetfringe@shelbielee1642 sure! I can make the waistband narrower, but again this is the measurement around your hip bone, not the smallest part of your waist. If you want it tighter however I can tighten it for you! They don’t stretch out as you wear them either. My pants have always been true to size according to my customers but happy to make adjustments as requested. Do you have your hip measurements as well? That could help too. Widest part around hips. ☺️❤️

I recommend the size L for this hiphugger style since your waist is 31", but I can customize the hip and thigh area to fit more like my S/M if that would be a better fit. these are made to order so it won't be a problem getting you a perfect custom fit. 😊🤎

velvetfringe@m_bergh when measuring waist, measure the smallest area around your waist, not where the waistband will sit for these. it gives me an idea of your width from waist to hip to understand your build and drop waist width.

velvetfringe@m_bergh I tagged you in a post that I have with clear measuring instructions that I recommend you measure yourself according to. the high waist style doesn't have a fold down waistband like this style, it is a strip of elastic at the top. I can customize that as well however if you like.
