kfab333 @shelley0marie Thank you for waiting 🥰So these are made like stretch leggings- just with a flared hemline. The Rise is 11 inches- the inseam is 31 inches. Waists 14.5 inches lying flat unstretched, hips 19.5 inches lying flat unstretched. They will stretch quite a bit on both sides ❤️

This may be helpful- this style is very stretchy, high waisted and fits like leggings. So there is a lot of give in the waist.
