Chico’s Blouse Black Modified V Neck that falls into a front pleat Balloon sleeves with gorgeous detailed beading below the elbow. Sleeve ends in loose elastic I bought this for myself a year ago and never wore it. Measurements are approximate and taken lying flat and unstretched Armpit to armpit 21” Length shoulder to hem 27” The only stretch or give this blouse has is from the front pleat. Fabric does not stretch This is a Chicos size 1. Per their website this will fit size 8 and size 10. BCR
