velvetfringe@annm2017 hi there! I would say based on your waist size, you would be an XS. Fabric is stretchy. Also, based on your height, you may want to get the long inseam length (36”) instead of regular (34”), of course I could be wrong since it’s based on leg length. Just wanted to make sure you noticed you have that option as well! If you need help measuring I can offer instructions too! If you have any other questions feel free to ask! I think you will be just fine with a small as the fabric is very stretchy and small and medium aren’t too far off in size aside from the waistband size and slight adjustment to the upper thigh for this particular style.
