There are 2 pearls missing and the price tag was misplaced so I had to cancel the sales and relist. purchased fr Neiman Marcus around Feb 2019. price is firm. no offer. Chanel can fix it but it takes at least 3 months and they charge about $115 to put on 2 pearls that is what they told me last year
