tudorscloset @wwfdiv From the neckline, (excluding the cap), of the costume to the end of the costume is 17 inches, so the dog could measure anywhere in that length. The neck velcro strap is adjustable 12 to 20 inches around the neck area. It is designed to fully close (12 inches), one overlapping the other, so the bell position would change from the center to the side if you needed it to stay more open (larger than 12 inches). On the top side, apart from the straps, is 9 inches wide.

tudorscloset @wwfdiv The belly velcro straps are 7 inches on each side, with the center body portion being approximately 15 inches wide. Adjusting that part would shift the "udder" more to the side. Pics show all straps fully closed, overlapped. The fit would depend on the breed of your dog and their body shape. Would look great on a dachshund, a small terrier, small poodle, standard yorkie, etc. It has a place to put a leash through, as well as a place for the ears to go into. Hope this helps!
