Vintage Bill Blass Evening dress size 14 or large (see photos for measurements of chest waist and length. Sequined gingham black white plaid upper and polka dot tulle layered skirt with boned petticoat skirt. Some under layers have damage, but not noticeable when wearing. Stunning dress!! I believe it originally had straps and they could easily be added.
