Never worn. It’s a size 4 but actually more of a size 6 now. I bought this and ended up getting 1 inch added to the waist but never wore it ( see last photo for the added material to skirt, you cannot tell at all) It’s an incredibly cute skirt! Waist is just under 15inches 34.5 inches length.
