lbanks77 Thank you so much for posting! It is happening with Anine Bing, Isabel Marant and Khaite, probably other brands as well. I was scammed but fortunately received a refund from @Poshmark. It was an ordeal and I tried my best to warn others on the fake accounts too.

bschutt This happened to me too on an Isabel marant sweater! Poshmark refunded me but it was so frustrating. Wish they would do better about verifying sellers before they allow them on this platform! I’ve been shopping in the real real lately. Even though you can’t bargain, at least you aren’t getting scammed.

kromerov @donata131 thanks for the post. I noticed this on a anine bing leather jacket that I could not believe the price ! then reported the account and tag the owner of the original post and then realized that my message was deleted and the report had no effect. I think Poshmark has to go beyond this and authenticate users with driver license or something, this is not fair for us, trust worthy sellers and buyers, this is a trust based app and should remain as.

rebeccaj4185 Thank you for posting this! I recently noticed it on handbags as well. People posting accounts with no followers and only have 6 listings. Fake bags, fake golden goose sneakers, Poshmark definitely needs to do something about this, it’s gotten really really bad!!!

classicandposh @donata131 • Yes. Keep the tracking # and take a pic so Poshmark can refund you your money. I received an envelope on another site with stickers. Luckily I knew right away what it was. Took a pic & got my money. Poshmark is getting scary. I love it, I’m just always holding my breath to see if I get what I purchased. We also take a video of us opening a box. Thank you SO! much for posting. Lots of ppl are also sellling Louie Vuitton, Chanel, Diorfakes on the J. Crew brand & others. It’s sad.

closetgrace Thank you for posting! This happened to me recently - I bought a Bogner ski jacket and it was marked as delivered in my zip code but I didn’t receive a package. Thank god I was able to contact poshmark before the 3 days were up otherwise I’m sure I wouldn’t have been refunded. So wild that scammers think of these things!

secondstitch211 Thank you for posting this ! I’ve fallen prey to this scam twice and wasn’t able to do anything about it . I paid and the item came but it wasn’t what I ordered and I was trying to go back and determine what what I missed meanwhile the 3 days had passed and I was out of luck. I was hesitant to report because I didn’t know where to begin . Props to you for posting 😘

I’ve put messages on all listings and figured out most of the original listings and let them know. But more people that report these people the better. -Jaime

2imo Something like this almost happened to me I think. After purchasing a bag, I received blank paper from the seller. If I hadn’t notified Poshmark immediately would the seller been paid in 3 days? Is that how this works?

djones1987 It happened to me only a Zipp beauty facial tool. Sent to neighbor but with NO name. She took it to post office& I called them but returned it to mail center because of my name not on it. The seller stopped corresponding when she got paid. Posh mark refunded. She is still selling same item I bought. Beware.
