Joie Skater Miniskirt - M

Cute and flouncy mini skirt from Joie. Worn probably four times. Has a kick pleat in the front and back center. They are currently some light indentations from the clip hanger at the waist line. I have a feeling they will reduce now that it’s not being hung. See pics. Waist is 15” laying flat - has a stretch band. Length is 17” hem to hem. From a pet free and smoke free home.
