Gorgeous black sequin dress with side cut-outs by Express. Perfect for New Year’s Eve!! Only worn once for a couple of minutes while trying it on. I have moved twice since buying the dress and at some point, the price tag came off. But the garment tag is still attached and the original packaging is also included.
