This beautiful black leather Fossil satchel bag has three outside pockets. On one side are two pockets. One is a flap-over pocket that is closed with a magnetic snap. Above it is a zipper closing pocket. The other side has one slot pocket and a plastic name tag slot. The two handles are double stitched and padded so that they lie gently against your shoulder. The hardware is brass and includes the Fossil Key charm. The inside is divided into three sections, and the middle section zips shut. One side has a zipper pocket and the other has two slot pockets. The bag is 13 inches long, six inches wide, 8 inches tall without handles, and 17-inches tall with handles. It doesn't have any tears, stains, scuffs, or stains.
