Is there a powder skirt w/buttons on the inside? Inside pockets? Zero stains or flaws?

@courtlyfash there is no powder skirt.
There are a couple spots on the cuff and zipper that seem like dirt did not come out completely. I have pictures of that included. It’s really hard to notice because of the design. No other obvious stains
