Vintage 70s butterfly sleeve dress. No brand label but WPL tag indicates it was made by Jack Wasserman Co. Beautiful blue polyester with tie back empire waistline, zipper all the way up the back (too small to zip up on the mannequin). Vintage size 5-6 so probably made for a teenager.
