I wish these fit me! These are going to be an incredible find for someone. No stretch but nicely broken in, but not worn out looking! Marked as a Size 30x30, Measures 30-31 inch waist; 39 inch Hips; 10 inch rise; 29 inch inseam. I'd call these Unisex
