30s Vintage Art Deco Bias Cut Silk Velvet Black Dress

This dress is amazing. Circa 1930s, it is a silk velvet floor length bias cut gown made of black silk velvet. It has short puffy sleeves, a high neck, and lower cut back that closes with a set of velvet covered buttons. The dress is fitted up top and looser at the bottom. Comes with an unattached belt that can be worn tied as you'd like. The interior and belt are lined with blue fabric. The material feels luxurious to the touch and is incredibly soft to wear. Dress is in good vintage, wearable condition but should be treated with care since it is 90 years old. The fabric has some marks and pitting from wear. There is a repair to the hem that is not super noticeable. Measurements in photos. In line with a size small. dress pulls on over the head so measurements dont have a ton of give.
