krzyminski Hi BH-I purchased a bundle of 5 Kate items for around $100 from you last week. This was one in the bundle. Just wanted to let you know that although all the other products were fine, this one had been opened and was gunky on top and was missing product (I didn’t realize it until today when I took it out of the box). You might want to check the remaining ones to make sure they are satisfactory. Other than this, all the products were great. Thank you for the great wrapping and gifts.

krzyminski @beautyharvest I actually wanted this serum, as it is designed to go with the products that I bought and others that I have. If you have another, unopened version, I could mail this one back to you as an exchange. It’s my bad for not having checked it right when it arrived. Had I seen the issue at that time, I could have filed a problem claim. I appreciate your offer. Just not sure how to make it work. I would appreciate your input. You are far more experienced on Poshmark than I.

krzyminski @beautyharvest as I think about it, if you have another one of this item, that is completely new I would like to get a replacement. I don’t care if the packaging is dinged up as long as the item is unused. I’m amenable to purchasing something else to make shipping cost effective. Maybe the Kate eye serum?
