Beautiful homemade 70s empire waist floral maxi dress. Dainty floral pattern, satin lined, butterfly sleeves, fabric has a slight sheen to it, long bow sash that can be detached on the back. Excellent condition! Fabric does not have any stretch to it. Zips all the way up the back it is just too small for the mannequin.
