Excellent pre owned condition! No rips or noticeable flaws. May have dusting around train. Size 16. Absolutely stunning and super flattering. I didnot have this altered in the torso or hips at all so the measurements are as shown on size chart. A low-waist princess skirt made with overlapping layers of tulle to give it volume. A skirt with floral lace appliqués that rise from the hips to blend in with a bodice with suggestive illusion necklines on the front and back and matching long sleeves.
