Vintage ladies hat, made of red plastic and netting. The plastic on the hat has become stiff over the years but the color is still vibrant. Condition is as appears in photos. After consulting people in a vintage and antiques Facebook group, the prevailing opinion is that this hat dates back to the 1930s.
