Pearl dress by Georgina Chapman Star flowy short dress

Reposhing this item I purchased. Loved it, but it did not fit me up top. I’m a 34EE and couldn’t zip it up at the breast area. It’s so cute and fun and can be dressed up or down. I hate it didn’t fit me. My loss is your gain. Note: this dress is brand new I took the tags off before trying it on oops 🙊 but took it off immediately so it was never worn at all. Questions?
