Walt Disney Goebel it's a small world Irish Girl

Walt Disney Goebel it's a small world Irish Girl figurine I have been told this is Goebel, but I can not find any markings as such. It is marked Walt Disney on the back of the shamrock, It does have an Irish Girl sticker on the bottom, as well as Walt Disney Productions. In excellent condition, it does look like there is either a painting flaw or a slight nick on the underside of her headscarf on the back (very minor & you have to look super close to see it) porcelain Smallworld Ireland figure
