Short dress in woven fabric with a smocked turtle neck and smocked yoke. Long balloon sleeves with narrow elastication at the cuffs. 100% Viscose. Loose and breezy. Fun on it's own or great for layering under a solid long vest with a pair of tall boots. Only worn once. 22 inches armpit to armpit. 35 inches from top of shoulder to hem of dress. Sleeves 24 inches from shoulder seam to wrist.
