Brand new!? This fabric is AMAZING. No lie. Water Resistant, Wind Resistant, indeed! And it just super soft to the touch. I bought it looking at it flawless, it is clearly brand new, but note that little tiny white dot on the front (close up included) and there's a really light grayish in the inside collar there (close up, of course :)).
