hollycostahi @krystyle618! I just wanted to give you a heads up - Poshmark will not let me return these shoes, as I had already hit accept and that’s their policy…. I’m going to just list them on my account and see if they sell. Thank you for being understanding and trying to work with me!

hollycostaHi there! Were these boots a 7? I just noticed that the tag on the inside of my boot received shows a 6.

krystyle618@hollycosta I thought they were a 7. I’m so sorry if they weren’t. I purchased them from the store and was assured that they checked all the sizes. I apologize for this error. I only have a 6.5 left. I just read your review and appreciated all the nice things you said. Now I’m so embarrassed. I’m happy to accept a return if you would like to send them back.

hollycosta@krystyle618 no worries, you don’t need to be embarrassed! The box says size 7 on the outside, but the boots show 6. I should have double checked the size before I hit accept on the order. I’m not sure if it will allow me to process a return since I already accepted the order. I can contact Poshmark and see what they say, and if they will allow us to process a return.

If not, let me know what PM says we can do to get the return going. I’m happy to do whatever it takes to make things work out for you. 🙂

krystyle618@hollycosta ok. Please keep me posted. Thank u. Sorry for this mix up. *in case you’re interested- I searched the web for these boots and found the same style, but in a different colorway (brown with black and quarry gray with black) on Nordstrom Rack’s site. They have a 7 (2 pairs left).

hollycosta@krystyle618 I just noticed that you might be able to report that it was the wrong item sent through your sales - if you click on Go to your Account Tab Select My Sales. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Sent the wrong item. This might work, but I’m not entirely sure! Select Submit.
