Note: fabric has a silk lining but is till a tad on the sheer side.
CONDITION
Great vintage condition: elastic at waist is stretched but dress has a matching waist tie, so the waist is covered and cinched by the belt; a few light markings throughout the fabric all smaller than a pea and extremely hard to notice unless under close inspection.

@thankful_person Hi! It’s is just beautiful I agree. Sad to say , as I was measuring for you , I noticed a 2 inch tear on the side seam just under the arm area. Such a Bummer! I will be removing the listing . It could be repaired or altered to a skirt or beautiful scarf. The silk and color palette are just gorgeous.

@ndv423 oh no, sad to hear about the huge tear! Dress isn’t salvageable? Did you say it’s right on the seam, or is it on the fabric? I’m not a seamstress so I’d have to take it in to get fixed. Still interested, depending on your answers. Thanks

@thankful_person I’ve researched and seems repairable with silk interfacing - which is similar to a patch and fuses it with heat /iron. $3.99 at Joann’s. I am tempted to try it but can reduce price for now if you are still interested as is for $40 plus shipping. Not sure when I could get to it otherwise - but will repost if successful. This beauty is worth saving . :)
