Vintage framed signed floral watercolor heart. Frame is off-white wood-look plastic with detailed border. Glass front. Painted on eggshell white textured board. Flowers are mauve pink, light purple, & pale yellow. Signed "DP 94'". Frame has a couple streaks that most likely can be removed, & paper backing has holes (see photos).
