Unfortunately I shipped your Uggs to a customer in NC that I sold earrings to on Facebook marketplace and I asked her to ship to me and I will reimburse her for the shipping. I am so sorry let me know if you would like me to still mail to you or if you would like a refund. If she gets back to me I could also ask to mail directly to you so that you will receive quicker?
