Adorable fringe ankle boots from Express. They are a suede material, leather on the inside top. They have some wear, but tons of life left! I wore them with skinny jeans, leather leggings, and black stockings with designs… with either a dress, skirt or shorts! They’re very comfortable to walk in. The fringe is in great condition, the main place you see wear is on the inside top of the boot (which you won’t see while worn anyways), and back of the heel. Coming from a smoke free home!
