Target Eyelet Flounce Ruffle Blouse XS/S

This is a fantastically comfortable cotton blouse from Target. It is actually from the girl’s section, made by Cat & Jack, but I am advertising it as I wore it, as a women’s XS-S. It has a lining under the peplum, adding some volume and perfect coverage. It hit my 5’3”-ish frame with standard torso around the bottom of my high waist jeans’ waistband. Perfect for making legs look long, appearing put together yet comfortable, and is a very well made blouse. Beautiful eyelet lace upper.
