The U.S. Presidential 24 karat gold dollar collection. Completed set from The Franklin Mint even though it appears James Carter is missing. According to the Franklin Mint, you can not create a commemorative presidential dollar until the person has been deceased for two years. Program ended in 2016. All 39 coins are still sealed in a capsule with a hologram “mint security seal”. Also comes with biography cards for each president as seen in photos.
