rachelp71 Here is the issue. You sold me these pants as a size M (on the tag) but the pants are marked as a size XS /to on the actual pants. This is not fair. This can’t be part of the policy. It’s one thing not to accept returns it’s another to sell me the wrong size pants and then not accept an exchange or return. These pants were $80. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you will do the right thing. I want to send you a picture but can’t find where to do that.
